The practice combines litigation before appropriate judicial and quasi-judicial forums with advisory work on documentation, procedure and applicable statutory requirements. Matters are approached on the basis of the facts placed on record, the law applicable to those facts and the remedies available under the relevant statute.

The office is situated at Privillon Building on S.G. Highway, near Iskon Cross Road, Ahmedabad.

Saachi Panwala is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Lawyer with experience in taxation, GST, corporate law, and dispute resolution. She has worked with the Income Tax Department for around one and a half years, gaining practical exposure to tax assessments, proceedings, and departmental processes.

Currently, she is an associate in our firm, advising and representing clients in matters relating to Income Tax, GST, Corporate Law, and Arbitration. Her practice includes matters before tribunals as well as the High Courts.

With experience on both the departmental and professional sides, Saachi focuses on providing practical, clear, and legally sound advice based on the specific requirements of each matter.
